Lester E Savage Real Estate was founded in 1963 by Lester and Nancy Savage. At the time, Lester Sr. had been working as a real estate broker in Lexington for 10 years, earning a reputation for honesty, knowledge and hustle. In 1983, I (Lester E. Savage III) joined the firm and have enjoyed building on the success of my parents, while also maintaining a strong, independent reputation within the community. In 2019, I merged my business into Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate. This change has allowed me to expand the services I offer, increases the time I have to spend with my clients, and expand my reach in the marketplace. My sales philosophy has remained the same through the years: Provide in-depth knowledge and experience of the marketplace for our clients so that they can make independent, fully informed decisions when buying, selling, or leasing property. I present the consumer with all available options and let them make the decision that suits them best.
