Judy has had a passion for real estate since her days at Boston College when she obtained both her Salesperson’s and Broker’s license & started working in her family’s real estate office in Wellesley. Her double major in education and communication was perfectly suited for a future in real estate. Since then, Judy has sold over 500 homes in the Greater Boston area. She has consistently been a top producing, award-winning agent in sales for both Century 21 & Berkshire Hathaway. After moving to South Natick Hills, Judy now specializes in condominium sales. Since 2013, she has sold over 55 condominiums & townhomes & served as Vice-Chair on the Board of Trustees for this community of 268 units. In 2005, Judy formed a partnership with Leila Sampson. Barclay & Sampson offers complimentary staging, professional photography, expert analysis of market conditions, well-crafted target marketing & expert negotiations to efficiently secure buyers and to maximize their clients’ selling price.
